Scholarship for Student Singers

Are you a student singer with a passion for performance? We invite all student singers to apply for a scholarship to join the Heart of Italy 2026 Tour, June 22 – July 2, 2026. This extraordinary journey takes you through the cultural and spiritual heart of Italy - Rome, Assisi, Florence, Siena, Orvieto, and Todi - offering an immersive cultural experience that blends artistic growth and musical performance.

 

Scholarship Award: $2,500 toward tour costs

Selected emerging vocalists will perform as soloists and as members of a small ensemble choir in both concert and sacred liturgies, in historical spaces in Rome, Florence, and Assisi. Beyond the concert stage, participants will experience a journey through Italy’s artistic, architectural, and spiritual heritage.

 

Eligibility

This scholarship is open to current high school students, undergraduate and graduate college students, and recent graduates. Applicants who are under 18 years of age at the time of travel must be accompanied by a chaperone.

 

How to Apply

Submit the completed application form along with a video recording of one solo piece - sacred or art song - that you feel best represents the quality, range, and character of your voice. We are looking for singers who are not only vocally talented, but who are ready to embrace the transformative experience of performing abroad and growing alongside fellow musicians.

 

Application Deadline: May 5, 2026

Completed applications must be received no later than May 5, 2026. We encourage all eligible singers to apply early, as scholarship awards are made on a rolling basis.
