Organ Tour Italy and Poland 2018 

Terms and Conditions


Registration Process
To complete your registration for any Organ Tour program, complete the registration form at www.musicalcollaborations.org or submit the paper form to office@musicalcollaborations.org or P.O. Box 268, Denville, NJ 07834 USA. Please include a copy of your passport with registration.

Fee Schedule

Early Registration on or before 11:59pm on March 16, 2018 in New York.

 

Land Only

Italy Only: $1500

Poland Only: $1250

Italy and Poland: $2600

Tours with Flight from New York

Italy Only: $2700

Poland Only: $2450

Italy and Poland: $3900

Regular Registration after March 16, 2018.

*After January 31, 2018 flight availability may be limited at this price.

Land Only

Tours with Flight from New York

A $500 USD deposit per person is due at the time of registration. An additional $750 per person deposit is due at the time of registration if you opt for a flight booked through Musical Collaborations. 

Cost is based on double occupancy.

Single Supplement Italy: $460

Single Supplement Poland: $380

 

Once registration has been received and confirmed, 50% of the balance is due by April 16, 2018. The remaining balance is due by May 31, 2018. Checks drawn on a bank of the United States in US dollars may be made payable to Organ Tour. Electronic payments are accepted via Paypal through http://www.organtour.com


Waiting List
A waiting list will be created when the maximum number of participants has been reached.


Cancellation
In the unlikely event that the tour is cancelled, all participants will receive refunds. If the participant cancels his or her registration before February 1, 2018, the participant will receive a refund minus $250. If the participant cancels his or her registration after February 1, 2018, but before April 16, 2018, the participant will receive a refund minus $450. After April 16, 2018 no refunds can be given. There are no refunds for unused portions of the tour.

If a flight is booked in your name, the cost of the flight is non-refundable from Musical Collaborations. If you cancel your registration after your flight is booked, we will assist you in cancelling your flight with the airline for a credit (likely) or refund (unlikely) directly from the airline.


Passport and Entry Requirements
Citizens of the USA and Canada are able to enter Italy and Poland without a visa for a length of stay less than 90 days. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the end of the intended trip. Please contact us to confirm your entry requirements. The most up to date entry requirements can be found here:

Language

The working languages of the tour are English, Italian, and Polish. Additional accommodation for language will be made depending upon the make-up of the group.

 

Meals
Breakfast and dinner is provided daily during the tour. Drink costs are not included and can be paid directly to the restaurants.


Transportation
Italy

The tour will begin on Saturday afternoon, July 14, 2018 in Assisi and end on Saturday morning, July 21, 2018 at our hotel on Lake Como. Transportation will be provided from Roma Fiumicino Airport to Assisi for the group. If you are booking your own transportation, please be in contact with us as you finalize your itinerary. During the tour, transportation will be provided by trains, air-conditioned coach, mini-buses, vans, and automobiles.

Transition

For participants in both Italy and Poland, the flight connecting the two countries is included.

Poland

The tour will begin on Sunday morning, July 22, 2018 in Krakow and end on Friday evening, July 27, 2018 at our hotel in Warsaw. **Included hotel continues through the morning of Saturday, July 28, 2018.**

During the tour, transportation will be provided by trains, air-conditioned coach, mini-buses, vans, and automobiles.

Services
Musical Collaborations LLC is responsible for providing the tour outlined herein and assumes no responsibility for actions beyond its control in connection with travel services. In case of need Musical Collaborations will provide alternate accommodations and/or services comparable to those originally published. Musical Collaborations is not responsible or liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses arising out of personal injury or death, loss of enjoyment, upset, disappointment, distress or frustration, loss of or damage to property, accident, delay, non performance, irregularity, or any consequence from them, which may be occasioned through the neglect or default or any act or omission of any travel services provider or any governmental authority or which may be occasioned through weather, equipment failure, labor disputes, sickness, theft or any other reason not within the direct control of Musical Collaborations. Your deposit certifies that you agree with the above terms and conditions.
