Terms and Conditions
Registration Process
To complete your registration for any Organ Tour program, complete the registration form at www.musicalcollaborations.org or submit the paper form to office@musicalcollaborations.org or P.O. Box 268, Denville, NJ 07834 USA. Please include a copy of your passport with registration.
Fee Schedule
1a. Early Registration on or before 11:59pm on May 31, 2017 in New York: The tuition cost is $450 USD.
1b. Regular Registration after May 31, 2017: The tuition cost is $500 USD
2. An additional room and board package can be added for $650 USD. The room and board package includes six nights in Dudelange (Check-in: July 18; Check-out: July 25), six breakfasts, and six dinners. Lunch is on your own.
3. Musical Collaborations can book your flight for you. A price quote can be given at time of registration based on your departure city.
4. The tuition fee is due at the time of registration. An additional deposit is due at the time of registration if you opt for a flight booked through Musical Collaborations.
Once registration has been received and confirmed, the remaining balance, for room and board, if any, is due by June 15, 2017. Checks drawn on a bank of the United States in US dollars may be made payable to Organ Tour. Electronic payments are accepted via Paypal through http://www.organtour.com.
Waiting List
A waiting list will be created when the maximum number of participants has been reached.
Cancellation
In the unlikely event that the tour is cancelled, all participants will receive refunds. If the participant cancels his or her registration before June 1, 2017, the participant will receive a refund minus $250. After June 1, 2017 no refunds can be given. There are no refunds for unused portions of the tour.
If a flight is booked in your name, the cost of the flight is non-refundable from Musical Collaborations. If you cancel your registration after your flight is booked, we will assist you in cancelling your flight with the airline for a credit (likely) or refund (unlikely) directly from the airline.
Passport and Entry Requirements
Participants must check the Luxembourg entry requirements for their country of citizenship. Citizens of the USA and Canada are able to enter the Schengen area without a visa for this tourism purpose for a length of stay less than 90 days. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the end of the intended trip.
Language
The working languages of the tour are English, French, and Italian. Additional accommodation for language will be made depending upon the make-up of the group.
Transportation
If you are booking your own transportation, please be in contact with us as you finalize your itinerary. During the tour train passes will be provided for travel within Luxembourg.

Services
Musical Collaborations LLC is responsible for providing the tour outlined herein and assumes no responsibility for actions beyond its control in connection with travel services. In case of need Musical Collaborations will provide alternate accommodations and/or services comparable to those originally published. Musical Collaborations is not responsible or liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses arising out of personal injury or death, loss of enjoyment, upset, disappointment, distress or frustration, loss of or damage to property, accident, delay, non performance, irregularity, or any consequence from them, which may be occasioned through the neglect or default or any act or omission of any travel services provider or any governmental authority or which may be occasioned through weather, equipment failure, labor disputes, sickness, theft or any other reason not within the direct control of Musical Collaborations. Your deposit certifies that you agree with the above terms and conditions.
