Organ Tour Argentina 2018 

Terms and Conditions


Registration Process
To complete your registration for any Organ Tour program, complete the registration form at www.musicalcollaborations.org or submit the paper form to office@musicalcollaborations.org or P.O. Box 268, Denville, NJ 07834 USA. Please include a copy of your passport with registration.

 

Fee Schedule

Early Registration on or before 11:59pm on October 31, 2017 in New York: The cost of the tour with early registration discount is $3340 USD with flight from New York or $2390 USD for the land-only portion of the tour.

Regular Registration after October 31, 2017: The cost of the tour is $3590 USD with flight from New York* or $2640 USD for the land-only portion of the tour.

*After October 31, 2017 flight availability may be limited at this price.

A $500 USD deposit per person is due at the time of registration. An additional $750 per person deposit is due at the time of registration if you opt for a flight booked through Musical Collaborations. 

Cost is based on double occupancy. Single Supplement is $590.

 

Once registration has been received and confirmed, 50% of the balance is due by January 10, 2018. The remaining balance is due by February 15, 2018. Checks drawn on a bank of the United States in US dollars may be made payable to Organ Tour. Electronic payments are accepted via Paypal through http://www.organtour.com. 


Waiting List
A waiting list will be created when the maximum number of participants has been reached.


Cancellation
In the unlikely event that the tour is cancelled, all participants will receive refunds. If the participant cancels his or her registration before November 1, 2017, the participant will receive a refund minus $250. If the participant cancels his or her registration after November 1, 2017, but before January 10, 2018, the participant will receive a refund minus $450. After January 10, 2018 no refunds can be given. There are no refunds for unused portions of the tour.

If a flight is booked in your name, the cost of the flight is non-refundable from Musical Collaborations. If you cancel your registration after your flight is booked, we will assist you in cancelling your flight with the airline for a credit (likely) or refund (unlikely) directly from the airline.


Passport and Entry Requirements
Citizens of the USA and Canada are able to enter Italy without a visa for a length of stay less than 90 days. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the end of the intended trip. Please contact us to confirm your entry requirements. The most up to date entry requirements can be found here: https://www.argentina.gob.ar/obtencion-de-visa-de-turismo-para-el-ingreso-la-republica-argentina and through the nearest Argentine Consulate in your country.

Argentina requires a reciprocity fee for citizens of certain countries. As of August 23, 2016 the fee is waived for citizens of the United States. Citizens of Canada and Australia must still pay the fee. This is not a visa, but, if required for your country of citizenship, the fee must be paid before departure on Organ Tour.

 

Language

The working languages of the tour are English and Spanish. Additional accommodation for language will be made depending upon the make-up of the group.

 

Meals
Breakfast is provided daily during the tour. Seven dinners are included during the tour (one dinner is on your own in Buenos Aires). Two additional dinners are provided by the airline in-flight. Drink costs are not included and can be paid directly to the restaurants.


Transportation
The tour will begin on Tuesday morning, April 3, 2018 and end on Wednesday evening, April 11, 2018 at Buenos Aires Airport (Ezeiza International Airport, EZE). If you are booking your own transportation, please be in contact with us as you finalize your itinerary. During the tour, transportation will be provided by trains, air-conditioned coach, mini-buses, vans, and automobiles.

**If you are traveling on the group flight from New York JFK, the group departure is Monday afternoon, April 2, 2018 and the group will return to New York JFK on Thursday morning, April 12, 2018.**

Services
Musical Collaborations LLC is responsible for providing the tour outlined herein and assumes no responsibility for actions beyond its control in connection with travel services. In case of need Musical Collaborations will provide alternate accommodations and/or services comparable to those originally published. Musical Collaborations is not responsible or liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses arising out of personal injury or death, loss of enjoyment, upset, disappointment, distress or frustration, loss of or damage to property, accident, delay, non performance, irregularity, or any consequence from them, which may be occasioned through the neglect or default or any act or omission of any travel services provider or any governmental authority or which may be occasioned through weather, equipment failure, labor disputes, sickness, theft or any other reason not within the direct control of Musical Collaborations. Your deposit certifies that you agree with the above terms and conditions.
